1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Addflick, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Description of Service
Addflick is a movie tracking application that allows you to:
– Save movies to a watchlist
– Track movies you’ve watched
– Receive AI-powered movie recommendations
– Track availability on streaming services
3. Account Registration
You must create an account to use Addflick. You agree to:
– Provide accurate information
– Keep your password secure
– Notify us of unauthorized account access
– Be responsible for all activity under your account
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Free Tier
– Access to core features
– Limited AI chat recommendations (20 per month)
Premium Subscription
– Unlimited AI chat recommendations
– Billed monthly at $4.99
– Payment charged to your Apple ID account
– Subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
– Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
– Use the app for illegal purposes
– Attempt to gain unauthorized access
– Interfere with the app’s operation
– Upload malicious content
– Resell or redistribute the service
6. Intellectual Property
– Addflick and its original content are owned by us
– Movie data is provided by TMDB and subject to their terms
– You retain ownership of content you create (notes, lists)
7. AI Recommendations
Our AI recommendation feature:
– Provides suggestions based on your preferences and conversations
– Is for entertainment purposes only
– May not always provide perfect recommendations
– Should not be relied upon as professional advice
8. Disclaimers
Addflick is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:
– Uninterrupted service
– Accuracy of movie information
– Availability of movies on streaming services
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Addflick shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time.
11. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
